Job Description
- Provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions.
- You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.
- Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 4 years of experience as IT help desk is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Communications or related field.
- Experience in both dealing with servers and networks.
- Cairo resident is a must.
