Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Representative with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions for a new Start Up company that is established in Egypt for Renewable

Energy Solutions.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up‐selling, cross‐selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Adequate Training will be provided to understand the Technology and Products to be sold.

Roles & Responsibilities

Process Improvement

  • Responsible for adopting consistent & effective use of the available Technology.
  • Create and Build network leads to drive opportunities
  • Accountable for the technical review & commercial proposal.
  • Develop strategic plans to strengthen company position by understanding customer/industry key objectives & aligning our Core Capabilities, assembling and disseminating market intelligence.
  • Understands customer’s needs and ensures products and services are marketed, positioned and understood by key decision makers in customer organizations.
  • Proposes solutions to customers formally (through pitches & tender submissions) and informally through networks, relationships, discussions
  • Responsible for relaying competitive information back to the appropriate stakeholders, including pricing, product performance, marketing material, activities, new products/technology etc.
  • Responsible for developing specific client application value propositions.
  • Support management with solution selling into prospect account base.
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Be able to work independently and handle Opportunity Cycle from A to Z with limited support.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, through Known Universities in Egypt (Cairo University, AUC, GUC).
  • Real Estate or Renewable Energy as Solar Energy background is a Plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 Years Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Have good relation with high level leads in big Organizations.
  • Ability to forge strong, long‐lasting relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Willingness to travel

  • Collaborative team player
  • Management skills with ability to exercise initiative to resolve potential & actual problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced computer and presentation skills with experience of delivering to internal and external clients
  • Ability to understand and evaluate opportunities
