Job Description
Our Client is a 4 stars Hotel is looking forward for immediate hire for: Executive Secretary for the General Manager
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Filing.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Managing databases.
- Prioritizing workloads.
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
- Logging or processing bills or expenses.
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting visitors.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English language plus any other Language is a big plus.
- Less than 35 years old.
- Must have a bachelor degree.
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Familiarity with office organization.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
