Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Prepare / Record all financial transactions
- Maintain detailed computerized accounting records
- Responsible for the company Cash float and maintaining a proper cash float record
- Generate monthly report on company cash call
- Prepare and process all invoices payments to contractors and suppliers
- Processing the withholding tax forms and their related receipts/statements
- Prepare employees payroll
- Prepare the bank reconciliation
- Monitor the variance between actual cost and budget figures
- Any other assigned duties
Job Requirements
- Bsc. Faculty of Commerce - English section.
- Experience: 2-5 years in financial field including 2 years in the same position.
- Knowledge : Financial & accounting knowledge and inventory control.
- Skills : - MS office : V. Good
- Arabic : Excellent
- English :V. Good
- Applications : Familiar with financial applications
