Job Description
- Researching, organizing and developing new leads for potential business by cold calling or knocking doors visits.
- Convert cold calling leads into sales and meet the target.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Attending Sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs.
- Approach/ Hunt new merchants through surveys.
- Develop, build, and manage a client base.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentations and meetings with clients
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Providing regular (weekly & monthly or as required) detailed activity reports.
- Building strong customer relations with clients to ensure repeat and ongoing business
- Providing feedback and new ideas generated through the sales process
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Keep the sales supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales supervisor
- Coordinates sales effort and updates with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical team
- Representing the company in exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Preferred 1-2 years sales experience in e-commerce/internet industry.
- Egypt Restaurants (F&B) & Retail Shops knowledge is a plus.
- IT sales background/ Soft and Hardware Experience is preferable
