Job Description
- Supervise the process of Explaining and providing accurate information to the customers about the product specifications by the team.
- Responsible for approaching existing and potential clients with the aim of brand loyalty.
- Distributing product samples, brochures, flyer's etc. on the team to source new sales opportunities.
- Win new business while maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Promotes/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Supervise and maintain the process of Demonstrating educational products to existing / potential customers and assists them in their needs.
- Communicate and educate the representatives how to Present the product in a structured professional way face to face.
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Supervise and continuous pushing the team to Arrange meetings with clients and he have to attend most of them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Applicants required from All Governorates
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills.
- Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Email).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
