Job Description
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes.
- Review, negotiate, and draft all corporate contracts.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsels engaged by the Company.
- Handling Group ordinary general assembly and extra ordinary general assembly and any other procedures for authentication at investment authority.
- Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal department.
- Provide input on all legal matters related to corporate and company affairs in compliance with applicable statutes, rules, and regulations while minimizing liability and highlighting risks
- Oversee the establishment of new companies, ensuring full compliance and formalities from a Commercial Law perspective
- Handling the internal investigation with employees
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Corporate experience is a must
- Excellent in written and spoken Arabic and English language.
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.
- Excellent command of MS office.
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
