Job Description
- Deal with telephone, fax and email inquiries.
- Set up and maintain archiving system.
- Responsible for Implementing the company services & Assist other Department as may required.
- Coordinate with other departments for daily mail requests to other parties
- Handle Shipments of other departments through Aramex
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
