Job Description

  • Deal with telephone, fax and email inquiries.
  • Set up and maintain archiving system.
  • Responsible for Implementing the company services & Assist other Department as may required.
  • Coordinate with other departments for daily mail requests to other parties
  • Handle Shipments of other departments through Aramex
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.

  • Dealing with printing devices and photocopying, faxes machine
  • Good communication skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
