Telemarketer And Communication Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with complaints.
 Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales.

• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, etc, and enter orders into computers.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
• Update potential customers database from company standard leads sources.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Telephone or write emails, messages to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Schedule appointments and site survey for sales engineers representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
• Reply to customers online inquiry and transfer to company leads database.
