Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can work autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement and review policies and procedures across the business
  • Develop and deliver the HR strategy
  • Coach and develop key stakeholders and challenging senior managers
  • Support the implementation of new policies, ensuring a smooth process
  • The ability and experience in managing change and transformation, leading in consultations, harmonizing policies, processes, contractual changes etc.
  • Ensure the business attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees needed in order to achieve current and future business objectives.
  • Leading and ensuring delivery of HR projects, evaluating, reporting and identifying improvements throughout

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coach challenging managers
  • Expert knowledge of employment law
  • Previous experience working as an HR consultant or HR Business Partner
