We are a mobile application-web development start-up located in Cairo Egypt and operating in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

And we are actively searching to hire a Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

Ownership of multiple & different, projects using various technologies-Conduct Analysis, Assess Scope & suggest Solutions for web and Mobile Application development
Define programming standards and best practices-Would be involved in Pre-sales activities
Manage (Concept, estimates, design, build, deploy, test & release)
Hiring &leading teams of varying sizes to the successful delivery
Lead continuous process improvement and innovation
Organize and moderate scrum ceremonies
Help the teams detect and remove impediments
Document findings and agreements and distribute them to all stakeholders
Cultivate self-organization within the teams
Proactively facilitate communication between developers and stakeholders

Qualification

BS in Computer Science, software engineering
5+ years in a technical leadership role with hands-on experience in development
Experience in development tools and processes (building, testing, continuous integration)
Experience in a start-up’s environment
