JOB BRIEF:
- We are looking for a Front Office Manager to manage our reception area.
- You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
- You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls and guests’ services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
- Ensure proper mail distribution.
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of customer service and office management.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
