Job Description
- Monitors and supervise the day-to-day activities for local and/or international ICT environment teams.
- Converts assigned yearly ICT CAPEX projects to detailed business plan
- Identifies and distributes work packages and jobs to ICT teams based on business plan, progress and performance of planned activities.
- Interacts directly with service and H/W vendors on a continuous basis for mutual business benefits, win-win model.
- Reviews and approves IT purchases and IT assets within policy guidelines.
- Contacts service and HW vendors for IT services improvement.
- Provides leadership and management direction for the ICT Teams.
- Monitors ICT environment in terms of data network (LAN, WAN) and both servers and services and communicates exceptions/outages to MIS Director
- Represents ICT section/department in internal and external audit activities required by the company, quality entities and/or third parties, as required by the MIS Director.
- Creates reports summarizing ICT activities and outcomes on a weekly/monthly basis and presents documentation and feedback to the MIS Director.
- Implements and monitors the implementation of the policies and procedures for the ICT section/department.
- Mentors, motivates and trains ICT team to attain ICT objectives for business continuity and business plan.
- Oversees the recruitment, selection and training of ICT staff.
- Performs required on job training, career development and evaluation for ICT staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or communications engineering, information systems (minimum 4 years study)
- Minimum 15+ years experienced
- ICT Certification/s not attendance
- IT Management certification/s
- Strong English language proficiency
- Proficient in ICT tools and techniques
Preferred education and experience
- Minimum 7 years experienced in management level, with highly exposed to Real Estate and Development Industry
- Oracle (Jd Edwards) is preferred.
