Analyze tenders or sales technical requests to develop sophisticated project proposals for top regional clients- in both English and Arabic- in a visually appealing professional manner, proposals would go all the way from assessment to ROI including but not limited to, TNA and consultancy, KPIs setting, devising custom learning/training solutions, coaching, on job training, communication and branding side-projects, full reporting, project quality management, etc.
Develop and update company programs outlines stock up to the required quality standards and review current programs outlines for quality purposes.
Liaise with clients when needed to understand/assess other special technical expectations - directly or through the team, depending on project level and workload – when required.
Liaise with trainers when needed to provide clients with most suitable methods of content customization and follow up tools to ensure an optimum learning experience delivered with every training course.
Liaise with trainers re quality of content to match client expectations for big projects and outline you created.
Design games, simulations, activities as part of Training materials to ensure meeting clients expectations and outline provided.
Other business projects/tasks assigned by the head of L&D

Experience in the training filed or a similar role for at least 5 years
Must speak and write both Arabic and fluently
Qualifications: BA or equivalent
Instructional Design certification and knowledge – recommended
Knowledge of different assessment tools – preferred
Knowledge of ROI and how to incorporate it into learning solutions
Ability to produce detailed visually-appealing technical proposal documents and learning materials in both languages English & Arabic
Flexible and able to work under pressure especially during industry high season
