Job Description
- Mechanical maintenance for production lines, machines {silos, mills, crushers (impact, jaws, ring crushers), extrudes, kiln, dryers, Gas burners}, Responsible for developing cost reduction innovative methods within the budget allocated to avoid outsourcing.
- Ordering and following up spare parts, and inventory stock in all related spare parts and materials and responsible for contacting local and external (offshore) suppliers on schedule.
- Full responsibility for resolving machinery breakdowns - periodic follow-up on all maintenance operations in all shifts to ensure uniformity of work.
- Evaluate and report the maintenance staff and participate in maintenance crew new hiring according to KPIs.
- Production lines and machines installation
- Initiates, leads and participate in continuous improvement projects or capital expenditure projects.
- Coordinates between the maintenance manager and the rest of the maintenance team in order to repair the of emergency breakdowns develops the reports of the performance of the production machines & equipment’s on periodic base to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervises the maintenance technicians in order to ensure their commitment to policies & work procedures.
- Anticipates needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
- Ensures that document bases are kept up to date (prevention, project follow-up, automation programs, instruction manuals, archives, etc.)
- Maintains and implements the Safety program of the section, Monitors health & safety reports to support the maximum levels of safety for the employee
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Power Engineering.
- Practical experience in maintenance for a minimum of 5 years within the factories
