Job Description

  • Responsible for acting as a collaboration between Client 'PM' and the Supplier.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Document customer interactions effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customer and answering questions).
  • Excellent computer skills & Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word and Excel is a must).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Information Technology back ground is a plus.
