Job Description

  • Takes a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team, spends time coaching, identifying skills & opportunities for development, and provides advice and guidance on shop manager issues when needed.
  • Generate ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy, maintains up to date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors and trends.
  • Works with the G.M to influence the creation & communication of company strategy, business priorities & targets and ensure there are systems in place.
  • Proposes optimal mass plan for each store for each season with store managers.
  • Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales & profit, identifies and optimises promotional opportunities ensuring these are coordinated with wider promotions & campaigns.
  • Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources.
  • Implement & maintain all in-house retail displays.
  • Daily Management of all goods-in and consumption levels against reports to extract accurate sales and cost information
  • Ensure that the retail operation complies with all policies & procedures relating to security, health & safety, influences any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements, ensuring minimum risk to staff members & the business.
  • Plans and executes, development and training in all levels .
  • Present detailed reports to the management to ensure their full awareness of the process detailed performance and objective achievement and competitors' position
  • Manage schedules for the staff of the stores and their daily attendance .
