- Act as a single point of contact to fulfill customers' requests
- Support the team in scheduling appointments or relevant activities
- Direct clients' requests to relevant process owners
- Assist in administrative tasks
- Act as first line support in case of complaints or incidents
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements
- Preferably Females.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
