Job Description

  • Act as a single point of contact to fulfill customers' requests
  • Support the team in scheduling appointments or relevant activities
  • Direct clients' requests to relevant process owners
  • Assist in administrative tasks
  • Act as first line support in case of complaints or incidents
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Females.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
