Job Description
- Structure, build & follow up a Sales plan.
- Attend meetings indoor & Outdoor.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Understand the Egyptian market and consumer behavior.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team.
- Ensuring the team meets sales targets as set by the business.
- Reporting on team performance
Job Requirements
