Job Description
- Be an active and valuable member of KSA ExCom and NAME legal team.
- Develop and implement KSA short & long term legal strategy and annual plans;
- Advising on various legal matters in the area of corporate, civil, competition, consumer, HR, advertising, IP legislation and exciting practices on the market;
- Acting as trusted legal advisor to the business teams;
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on various types of contracts, including employment, distribution, licensing, joint venture, co-packing, supply, logistics, warehousing, transport, media, marketing (i.e. celebrity contracts, online competitions, sponsorship agreements, etc.) and IT
