Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and keep records of necessary documents.
  • Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Deal with suppliers and other stakeholders if needed.
  • Perform another related task as assigned

  • Excellent Computer skills and Microsoft Office

  • Must be Heliopolis or Nasr city residence
