Job Description
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with multiple Mail Servers products and SCCM.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Virtualization systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Active Directory, GPO and file server.
- Managing DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS & NTP Services.
- Support Windows Server 2008 /2012/2016.
- Manage the daily operational tasks.
- Manage and Monitor the daily/Weekly Backup.
- Effectiveness in maintaining a well-organized operation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor Systems Performance.
- Maintaining System Documentation.
- Provide excellent communication both internally with the team and management
- Flexible, responsible and ownership oriented.
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently, and self-manage day-to-day work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certification MCSE is a must.
- Good Knowledge of CCNA R&S.
- Should have Good Experience in AD Security, Compliance and Group Policy
- Good Knowledge in Scripting.
- Excellent knowledge of Hyper V and VMware.
