Job Description
- Managing stand-alone team to issue the separate financial statements including monthly and quarterly reporting to the company
- Create and modify documents, coordination of the implementation of the accounting systems and control procedures.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
- Prepare the annual financial report and the preparation of supporting statistical schedules which is used for internal analysis
- Leading communication with external auditors and ensuring proper filing of tax returns.-
- Overseeing financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships
- Ensure that the company assets are managed effectively, efficiently and their security is maintained
- Managing and supervising all finance and accounting functions including budgeting, assets management, cash flow management, tax inspection, payroll, management reporting
- Ensure that the financial plans of the organization (budgets, forecasts, strategy) are done in line with the company schedules
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue , expenses & Capital expenditure and preparing special reports
- Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll , treasury & Assist in costing closing
- Monitor all intercompany transactions & confirm balance on monthly basis.
- Manage and oversee the daily operation of accounting department
- Supervise personnel to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Prepare trial balance from scratch FA Module , AP Module , AR Module and General ledger
