Job Description
- In charge of all projects required from each employee
- Follows up on each employee Calendar throughout the week, day by day and reports directly to CEO.
- He/She needs to be able to drive the calendar to make sure each person meets their deadline ensuring filing, quality, and money.
- They need to send a daily Email with all the bottlenecks and must have a scoring authority.
- Attends meetings and manages scoring system daily for each employee according to needed tasks which then is reflected on Salaries.
- He deals with all heads of the department directly.
- He is responsible for all Calendars
- He is responsible for all employees are doing required tasks scoring employees end of every day
- He is responsible for putting all projects on Calendars
- He is responsible for all docs are filed
- That no bottlenecks are not solved.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 yrs in project management.
- Organized.
- Speaks English and Arabic.
- Understands quality worked with HR.
- PMP
