Job Description
- Handle professionally all buying & selling requests for different properties inside a compound, exceed customer expectations in dedication and availability, and follow up on customer payment and commitments Research, select, evaluate new buying & selling requests and prospect existing and new clients.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
- Identify customer’s exact need to shortlist the perfectly matching units for customer’s best-added value.
- Perform on-site visits with prospects to show a real case of units under selling.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Experience 1-3 years at Real Estate
- Preferably Lives Nearby New Cairo
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Technical Competence and Market Trends
- Time Management, Organizational, Negotiation Skills
- Presentable
- Owning a car is preferred
- Awareness of all New Cairo, North Coast and In Sokhna projects and areas
- Excellent Command of English
