Job Description
- Registered Mechanical Engineer with at least 15 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge in Mechanical and Plumbing system
- Extensive knowledge of Construction Processes, Phasing of Work and Stages of Billing
- Thorough understanding of P,M,E, Civil, Structural, Safety Practices, and Architectural systems to be used on the Project
- Knowledge and experience with Scheduling and Construction
- Knowledge and experience of Standards, Construction Techniques, and Building Codes
- Ability to clearly communicate with Vendors, Consultants, Construction Leads and Saudi Aramco.
- Understanding of BIM system
- Understanding of Project File Naming Conventions and how to segregate the Data for Clash resolution with the interaction of the 20 drawings and the BIM Modeling.
- Ability to coordinate with Vendors
- Knowledge of computers and basic software applications: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), read construction schedules (Primavera).
- Previous Saudi Aramco experience is preferred.
