Job Description
We sell mobile APPs to the Educations industry (Schools and Nurseries) locally and internationally, so you will deal regularly with nurseries owners/managers and the bus assistants (mostly females), parents and schools managers.
Your role will be related to searching for new leads, establishing the first contact , closing deals, user training and customers support.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and establish the first contact by phone or emails or via social channels.
- Explain the APP benefits to the nurseries and the parents.
- Visit the nursery to make user-training
- Handle the support (inquiries) and use the company tools to record tickets to the technical team, and follow up the resolution
Job Requirements
You must be a cheerful person, love dealing with people and have very good sense of customer service. And you need to have the following skills:
- Technology lover
- Phone conversation skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very good in internet search and social media tools
Prior experience in the fields of education (schools and nurseries) is a plus.
** After the initial training on the system, most of the work can be done from home with only 2 days per week in office. You must have good internet and PC at home to make use of the "work-from-home" benefit.
