Job Description
- Follow the project plan in deploying the implementation of projects upon the agreed plan & Scope of work.
- Perform project(s)’ Configuration as per its LLD “low level design” proficiently & according to vendor’s Standards.
- Execute the project’s acceptance criteria and test plan.
- Conduct the quality assurance & testing in light of the acceptance criteria.
- Provide a full Technical documentation of the implemented projects.
- Prepare task status report as required.
- Efficiently respond to the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement).
- Competently Troubleshoot and Solve the escalated problems (Level 1 & 2) within the time agreed on the SLA.
- Follow the proper Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or still persists.
- Fulfill personal development plan.
- Participate in technical and non-technical know-how transfer with the team.
- Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of department.
Job Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of similar experience in technical field.
- CCNA- R&S, CCNA-DC or CCNA-Wireless is a Plus.
- Associate level in networking technologies.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches and wireless products.
- Good Knowledge of TCP/IP.
- Good Knowledge of network Protocols.
- Good Knowledge of Technical reports writing.
