Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the IT department
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Responsible for providing internal department with hardware, software, end user technical support.
- Responsible for providing Company staff, with cell phones and USB and paying their bills
- Responsible for handling & fixing all hardware & software issues related to (printers – Router PCs – printers – scanners – finger print machines )
- Continuously checking all of IT systems, including anti-virus updates, print services and email provision.
- Follow up with the IT employees in the projects to monitor system and network performance.
- Maintenance network and servers issues
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer science or Computer engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in the same position.
