Job Description

  • Discover, Study and analyze all business development opportunities through Business intelligent system, customer experience module and comparative studies to initiate, prepare, plan, execute and deliver post launching of all new initiatives.
  • Improve organization market position and achieve remarkable financial growth through studying all available adjacent and screen it to grasp the most profitable opportunities aligned with corporate strategic direction.
  • Study and map all new technicalities, digitalization and solutions which support sales, commercial, operations and financial arms through full market business analysis and benchmarking related to either developing a new theme/solution/program or enhancing existing one aligning with IT & project management related parties.
  • Maintain close follow up on the launched projects through monitoring the performance of implementation phases to ensure the progress excellence in coordination with projects manager.
  • Provide white papers and/or business cases for all new initiatives to be able to document and communicate it with management and related parties.
  • Study internal business gaps that hinder the progress of any project or the development of any strategy to provide a clear gap analysis with solid recommendation for the solution in line with HR department.
  • Design, implement and monitor PM tools through (Balanced Scorecards (BSC) and Scorecards) to enable employees clearly understand the goals of organization identifying how each level of authority up till individual base; contributes in the achievement of strategic objectives in line with HR Department.
  • Guarantee achieving business objectives reflected on daily tasks per departmental, unit and employee through building a PM system, process and work flow in line with HR & different business Partners.
  • Design and manage organization wide performance management awareness sessions for all employee levels to ensure adequate delivery of information and understanding which will drive positively on the culture and organization performance in coordination with HR and management in the launching of BSC & scorecards.
  • Work with HRIS and IT to ensure the development/enhancement or acquisition of the most adequate and updated technological tools to support PM activities flow.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in related field
  • Ability to create business plans with actionable objectives
  • Microsoft Office suit fluency especially access database
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • MBA is preferable.
  • Fluent English written & spoken
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent Planning and Problem solving skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail
