Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Assist the Admin Manager to be the point of contact within the company for dealings with government authorities, legal matters, licenses and general office administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staff housing outside Cairo.
  • Opening new business opportunities by locating new outlets and asses them from the legal point of view
  • Dealing with governmental bodies
  • Coordination of legal cases with legal advisers
  • Coordinator of permits and licenses for the different departments and outlets
  • Control and follow-up of current contracts to avoid governmental fines
  • Ensure that all staff attend statutory training sessions and that records are kept up-to-date at all times
  • Organization of furnished accommodation for staff working outside Cairo
  • Organization of Company business travel for staff
  • Organization of company expatriates housing and flight tickets
  • Responsible for communications system of company (telephone, fax, international lines and mobile lines
  • Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, electricity, water , telecommunication, etc, for contracting and paying bills on regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any other discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in similar field.
  • Retail and or hospitality experience will be an added value.
  • Very good command in English (Speaking, reading and writing).
