Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Assist the Admin Manager to be the point of contact within the company for dealings with government authorities, legal matters, licenses and general office administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staff housing outside Cairo.
- Opening new business opportunities by locating new outlets and asses them from the legal point of view
- Dealing with governmental bodies
- Coordination of legal cases with legal advisers
- Coordinator of permits and licenses for the different departments and outlets
- Control and follow-up of current contracts to avoid governmental fines
- Ensure that all staff attend statutory training sessions and that records are kept up-to-date at all times
- Organization of furnished accommodation for staff working outside Cairo
- Organization of Company business travel for staff
- Organization of company expatriates housing and flight tickets
- Responsible for communications system of company (telephone, fax, international lines and mobile lines
- Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, electricity, water , telecommunication, etc, for contracting and paying bills on regular basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any other discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in similar field.
- Retail and or hospitality experience will be an added value.
- Very good command in English (Speaking, reading and writing).
