Job Description

• Property Consultant lead generation through Company contacts, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.
• Present the Developer, offers to the clients for consideration.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements if needed.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Act as an intermediary Level between the client and Company.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions and social media
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Achieve the monthly, quarterly, yearly Targets in Sales and performance.
