Job Description
- At least 5 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Planning Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a document control system.
- Processes incoming and outgoing design submittals and distributed routine correspondences, as needed
- Prepares and distributes design submittal tracking report, Maintains reference files and manuals of policy and procedures up to date.
- Highly detail oriented and analytic thinker
- Previous Saudi Aramco Experience is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
