Job Description
- Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract)
- Consult clients on market conditions and explain our Competitive advantage.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Follow up with our customers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
Job Requirements
- Recommended who has experience in new Cairo
- Should have a good communication skills to deal with clients
- Can do more than 1 task in short time
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience from 3+ in real estate sale
- Experience in Real estate Field is a must
- Well known with New Cairo market to clarify our advantages
- Very good in telesales and can attract the client to take the next step
- Know how to close the deal and all negotiation about market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
