Job Description

Manages all office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety for Icealex team, community, partners as well as events & activities. This includes but not limited to the following responsibility areas:

  • Managing Monthly Training & Events Calendars, and Coworking Space.
  • Managing Key Resources and Activities Logistics
  • Carry-out Human Resources Management
  • Performing administrative and operational duties
  • Maintaining Financial Management Activities

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant 1-3 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
