Manages all office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety for Icealex team, community, partners as well as events & activities. This includes but not limited to the following responsibility areas:
- Managing Monthly Training & Events Calendars, and Coworking Space.
- Managing Key Resources and Activities Logistics
- Carry-out Human Resources Management
- Performing administrative and operational duties
- Maintaining Financial Management Activities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant 1-3 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
