Job Description

  • Meet marketing and financial targets of business in assigned territory.
  • Maintain a daily contact with clients, actively develop new business opportunities in territory and coordinate sales activities of other team members when requested
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts and clients
  • Identify and create opportunities within territory
  • Design and provide the technical and financial proposal after receiving the final approval from the direct manager
  • Finalizing deals

Job Requirements

  • Background in training and awareness of training industry is preferred
  • Very good spoken and written English (Pronunciation is important)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Selling skills and having passion for sales
  • Willing to work with targets; competitive
  • Ability to analyse and assess client's needs and customize solutions accordingly (BD)
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Good research skills
  • Having good network is a plus
