Job Description
- Meet marketing and financial targets of business in assigned territory.
- Maintain a daily contact with clients, actively develop new business opportunities in territory and coordinate sales activities of other team members when requested
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts and clients
- Identify and create opportunities within territory
- Design and provide the technical and financial proposal after receiving the final approval from the direct manager
- Finalizing deals
Job Requirements
- Background in training and awareness of training industry is preferred
- Very good spoken and written English (Pronunciation is important)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Selling skills and having passion for sales
- Willing to work with targets; competitive
- Ability to analyse and assess client's needs and customize solutions accordingly (BD)
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Good research skills
- Having good network is a plus
