Job Description
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes.
- Provide legal support for the company.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsels engaged by the Company.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).
- Working on any arbitration cases involving the company.
- Structure, draft and review contracts, reports and other legal documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Excellent in written and spoken Arabic and English language.
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.
- Excellent command of MS office.
- Age from 25 to 35
