Job Description

  • Receive sales orders from Sales Team and enter them on SAP system.
  • Send orders to warehouse department for delivery note issuing.
  • Ensure good issuing for orders on SAP system by warehouse team in the company plant.
  • Follow up with the Logistics department on the release of the sales order from the plant, order shipment, and delivery and ensure it reaches the right destination on the right time.
  • Follow up with Sales team to ensure that the order is delivered as required.
  • Implement sales plan prepared by the Trade Marketing team to distribute stock among different selling channels and key accounts.
  • Settle claims including debit and credit notes and finalize rebate agreements.
  • Monitor warehouse stock versus sales orders and give Logistics team a head up for the continuously increasing sales orders.
  • Prepare and update documents of Customer Master Data.
  • Create material master data for all products on SAP system.
  • Review and validate price discrepancy in SAP and frequently interact with Pricing Team to ensure that orders are registering correct prices.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to control credit limits with customers as well as customers’ accounts management.
  • Daily contact with the credit financial team to release customer orders and apply correct payment terms.
  • Prepare regular reports for the sales team.

  • SAP Background is a must
