Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure forecast accuracy to fulfill the company's requirements for products and services. Ensure that the sales and operations planning (S&OP) is managed efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Review historical sales trends, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Develops forecast baseline and exceptional events, using sales history and available information from sales and marketing departments & optimizing the Supply Chain tools.
- Defines rules for Demand Planning process.
- Leads the consensus forecasting steps of the S&OP process.
- Manage Demand Planning KPIs (Logistics Costs, Stock Level, Waste Level & Sales Forecast Accuracy).
Job Requirements
Job Specifications:
- BSc of Supply Chain, Commerce or related major.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in Demand Planning & Supply Chain Function in "SHORT LIFE PRODUCTS" FMCG Industries is a must.
- Excellent in English Language.
- Excellent in MS Office & Familiar with ERP Systems.
- Excellent Planning, Leadership, analytical & Reporting Skills.
