Job Description
- Implement RFID Assets System, Control and Manage Assets (Receiving, Delivering, Scrabs, Movements, Depreciation, etc..).. Do regular Assets Inventories.. Produce Q Reports for BOD
- Plan and manage assets according to the departmental needs and work to minimize risks
- Responsible for the Construction and installation of different assets
- Create and maintain an asset inventory list with dates of needed updates and inspections
- Create and maintain binder with operating guidelines, warranty information and copies of invoices and contracts
- Determining the feasibility of asset acquisition and presenting supporting documentation
- Responsible for the implementation, negotiation and monitoring of asset programs
- Monitor and report changes in the risk of individual assets; make timely recommendations for mitigating strategies and risk rating changes.
- Help ensure that RCC assets are maintained to the highest possible standards and in accordance with the agreed Quality Standard as a minimum
Job Requirements
- 8+ previous similar experience preferably in Contact Center Industry
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Very good analytical and financial skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Very Good Command of Arabic & English
