Job Description
- Establish the training strategy of the whole boat.
- Manage and implement staff assessment tools.
- Attend evaluation interviews and advise on promotions and job transfers.
- Set up a needs analysis and determine with the administrative director and the director of human resources the specific needs for professional training.
- Collect information and analyze current vocational training to plan the annual budget.
- Set up annual training plans and programs.
- Choose training procedures or methods.
- Ensure that new employees have benefited from the administrative training, vision and mission, administrative procedure and training provided by the department head and orientation.
- Prepare a report for the Human Resources Branch following each training including: participants, training form, evaluations, satisfaction / evaluation graphs and a report consisting of an analysis and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, the appropriate candidate must hold a relevant major degree with general grade not less than "Good"
- Experience from 1-2 years as a Training Specialist.
