Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 6 months - 1 year
  • Experience worked in Real Estate industry before is a must
  • CRM.
  • Excellent Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Excellent Write letters in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Good Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent in both English and Arabic.
  • High-level Computer Skills
  • Females Only.
