Job Description
- Implementing and monitoring customer service standards and strategies.
- Monitor, control and follow up with branches managers products' receiving process on a daily basis to ensure that it is conducted based on the agreed standard " Allfoods Products Manual"
- Follow and keep the brand standard and consistency.
- Set and monitor the monthly branches' targets.
- Assure that branch manager are following the planned budget and analyze branches P&L.
- Develop the annual operation, and sales forecast plans of the chain to increase revenues.
- Ensure that the new stores drawings, constructions, tools and equipment are following brand standard.
- Analyze stock valuation, consumption on monthly basis.
- Plans and executes development and training at all levels.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget in accordance with other departments
- Control food waste to reach its minimum.
- Analyzes the Profit and loss and monitoring all controllable closely.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department in all marketing projects that are planned for the brand.
- Suggest and plan with the Marketing Director regular promotions or special festivals to promote the brand in the targeted market segment.
- Carry out regular competition analysis and market research into new potential products.
- Ensure that high standards of personal and food hygiene are maintained within all areas of the branches .
- Develop continuously the sales system to be able to maximize sales sector profitability and to expand.
- Present detailed reports to the management to ensure their full awareness of the process detailed performance and objective achievement and competitor's position
Job Requirements
Minimum required Education
- Bsc in business or a related field.
- MBA is preferable.
Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in the Arabic and English language.
Minimum required Professional Experience
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related field experience.

- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Foods hygiene standard— Knowledge of principles of of food hygiene standard.
