Job Description
- Manpower planning in coordination with line managers and setting quarterly recruitment plan.
- Maintains and updates job descriptions and organizational charts for company different departments.
- Analyzing training needs in coordination with departmental managers, job analysis and performance appraisal
- Implementing the performance management system.
- Create a file for each employee and record the accomplishments, areas for improvement and regular feedback throughout the year.
- Following up on the monthly and yearly performance appraisal
- Assists with the monitoring of the salary structure and the pay systems according to job grades
- Monitoring the career path system and promotions
Job Requirements
- About 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the English language
- Strong experience in applying all HR functions including performance appraisal, training, and recruitment.
- High organization and communication skills
