Job Description
Brimore is an End-to-End distribution platform, meaning we work on the side of suppliers as well as individual distributors working with us in different categories and industries, This balance between supply and demand requires brilliant resources matching our current 10X growth trends.
Your Job as Market operations is to Strategize and plan for our marketing activities, events and activation for distributor recruitment and retention side.
- Developing online and offline Distributor acquisition campaigns and seeing through their ROI and performance.
- Working on Distibutor understanding exercises (Planning and envisioning distributor meetings and understanding their motives)
- Coming up with tailored retention proposition for distributors with a clear KPI on churn and seeing through the implementation and results
- Working on online and mostly offline local distributor engagement initiatives.
- Defining and promoting the distributor persona across various channels
- Defining communication and outreach plan, to ensure that Brimore system is understood by our new distributors.
- KPIs include monthly distributor activation, and distributor churn
Job Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Communication or Management
- 2-4 years working experience in marketing with familiarity with digital marketing concepts
- Has practical experience in launching campaigns (ATL and BTL) and managing agencies.
- Experience with on ground activations and event management.
- preferably experience withing ride-hailing industry, supply management, and/or direct selling companies (Oriflame and Avon)
- Good project management skills
- Sharp analytical skills
