- Promoting for medical equipment that is released by medical insurance companies to their clients in the United States.
- Interface with customers. Respond to, and record their inquiries in a timely manner, receiving customer's feedback and resolving their complaints.
- Linking between the customers and the medical insurance companies.
Job Requirements
- Graduate & gap year (The Maximum age limit for applicants is 30)
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in the call center industry from 0 to 6 months.
- Strong communication skills.
