Job Description
- Ensure that there is no lost project data or unquoted project following the tender department processes.
- Manage and coordinates assigned job quoting activities.
- Study projects specification including legend, vendor list, and project specs.
- Ensure quoting and giving prices as per company standard pricing and discount strategy
- Ensure getting the best prices from our manufacturing.
- Ensure we get the best delivery time in order to align with the project delivery schedule
- Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications.
- Meet with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and give vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
- Communicate critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or communication engineering.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good command of excel & word.
- Reliable and hardworking
- Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility for time
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and controls.
- Excellent time management/organizational skills with the ability to meet important deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Transportation is provided for the residents who live out of Obour City.
- Friday and Saturday Off.
- Salary Negotiable.
