Job Description
- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- HR must understand the business's broad strategic goals and direction
- Develop and document HR policies and procedures to drive performance.
- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
- Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.Maintaining company staff by establishing a recruiting , testing , and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection ; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintaining a smooth on boarding process.
- Training , consulting and coaching the staff.Implement learning policy.
- Plan and implement training programs.
- Plan , implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Processing transfers , promotions and terminations.
- Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending ,planning , and implementing pay structure revisions.
- With the assistance of CEO and CFO obtains cost-effective employee serving benefits.
- Determine and recommending employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee moral and motivation
- Resolving staff conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Developing and administering health and safety programs; conducting safety inspections; maintaining accident records.
- Design and implement the entire performance appraisal system and process. Make sure that the process is simple and does not take too much time.
- The employees need to be fully aware of the performance appraisal process.
Job Requirements

- Able to travel between Cairo and Damietta
