Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman.
- Coordinate calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments.
- Handle calendar management for the CEO
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
Job Requirements
- 5 + years of experience
- Bachelor degree holder
- Excellent command of English and French Languages
- MBA is a plus
- Diploma in office management is preferred
