Job Description
- Maintain a documented system of facilities internal and external policies and procedures and ensure compliance to them
- Ensure the maintenance of the company facilities are done and raise a flag in case of any sudden incidents
- Ensure the efficiency of the operation of the internal systems including (Maintenance, cleaning, security and H&S)
- Significantly contribute to effectiveness of the buildings operations through the management and responsibility of the maintenance and other related policies
- Act as a focal point of contact in a site related emergency and Vendor management matters
- Manage all aspects of on-site duties to include receiving, inventory management, and capital
Job Requirements
